I was looking for a used BMW R1200RT online. Ran across one at Adventure Motorsports. Requested info and was contacted by James in sales. James told me about the bike and answered all the questions that i had. I made arrangements to pick the bike up the following Wednesday. James and Chuck had all the paperwork and financing completed when i arrived. Drove 6 hours to get there from North Ms. , will do it again if i buy another one. These guys are knowledgeable about riding and really know how to take care of customers! Great buying experience

Tom Shields was great to work with. He understood what I was looking for.....during my initial visit we were not able to come to an agreement....but his persistence and ability to meet my expectations paid off. I returned a week later and we sealed the deal. Great experience.....

Every single department blew me away with their dedication to service. I'm honored to have bought a brand new BMW from such a professional staff! Tom, Jay, Regina thank you!

Welcome back to David Peters, a master technician in the service department. He gives confidence to guys like me who have more questions than answers regarding the operation and maintenance of his bike. He explains that while there are specific tolerances to setting valve clearances, for example, it is even more an art form to properly adjust the valves. The same can be said for throttle adjustments and synchronization.
When it comes to buying tires, I rely heavily on the parts experts. Jay and Robbie may recommend a certain brand and model of tire, for example. Coupled with my riding experience, I can verify their advice was good. Thanks, Michelin Pilot Road 4!
Also, there was the recent purchase of some superior riding gear for my wife. Olympia Moto Sports make very good gear by and for the rider. Zippers are easily reached and operable, jacket reflectivity, high visibility, fit and comfort are all well laid out by people who actually appreciate the details in their design. Conspicuity is maintained with the bright fluorescent color accents. Well-chosen brands make all the difference. Good selection, guys.
Back to service, I felt the least expensive solution is always sought fairly and equitably. In the end, the final solution costs what it costs, and I have confidence everything was considered before the course of action was determined. I ride off the lot with an assurance that is increased mile by mile. My R1200RT BMW is still going strong after 12 years of my regular riding, thanks largely to the parts and service at Adventure Motorsports of NWF. Keep up the good work, all.Jim Battles, Navarre, FL -
Stopped in at Adventure Motorsports of Northwest Florida today. I have been shopping motorcycles for several months now in anticipation of retirement. Looking for something to trailer from destination to destination rather than long distancing on the bike. It's been many years since I rode and I must be careful in my selection. Most dealerships I visited to this point always seemed to take me straight to the top. Large displacement engines with lots of options. Problem is, I find most of the large bikes to be too heavy especially when a passenger is added to the mix. Most salesmen are looking to make a quick close and move on.The main motivation for stopping at Adventure Motorsports was to explore the BMW line and sit on a few of the models. On entering the showroom I was approached by Jimmy Smith who asked if he might help us find something today. I told Jimmy we were just looking around but that I did have a few questions. Wow, did I get an education! Unlike most salesmen, Jimmy did a lot of listening. He questioned my level of experience, how did my wife feel about a bike, would she be riding with me, had I taken a riders or motorcycle safety course, did I have a budget in mind and what had I already looked at that I liked? I am most impressed with his level of professionalism. I almost wondered if he really wanted to sell me a bike.. We talked about features and spent time discussing ABS, a real priority in my mind. When it came time for a recommendation Jimmy was rather specific in what direction he would take me. First, take the riders course to make sure I am comfortable with a new bike. On equipment he purposely took me from the 800+ LB bikes to something nearer 500 LB's but with plenty of power (100 hp.) He actually felt I would be best suited with one of the Indian "Scout" models. In fact, when I sat on one and started the engine, I felt right am home and very secure with the fit and weight. In a world of mediocrity, it is so refreshing to find a salesmen who understands the correct sales process and really knows his stuff. I will be taking the course and when I buy a bike, it will be from Jimmy! Thank you Jimmy for the time your willingness to spend sufficient time with us today!!Bob Howard

Super nice and low pressure sales department. Jimmy Smith is a blast and it's worth a trip to the Indian showroom just to chat with Jimmy for a while!

I appreciate the efforts to match prices for tires. I was given a very reasonable price for my last set of Michelin Pilot 4 tires. The parts department folks are very knowledgeable and helpful. In service, I feel my bike is always in the good hands of experts, who know the bikes inside and out. I wish you all great success and longevity. I used to have to coordinate my schedule to go all the way to Tallahassee for a simple oil change, which turned into an all-day event. I love that you're right nearby in Pensacola. Keep up the good work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with you guys and the purchase process was exactly what I had expected. Your salesman was always attentive and considered me a real customer inspite of the fact that I would frequent the showroom for more than a year before I was ready to purchase. I was also surprised on the day of purchase that EVERY accessory and apparel item I wanted for my new RT was in stock, I drove away with it all. I'm returning exactly one week later to purchase a couple of additional items I now see I need and they are waiting for me to pick up. Thank you.

I have nothing but the best to say about these guys. Five minutes after I entered the shop and started talking to them I felt like I was home with my friends. Very courteous and social. Well versed in Moto Guzzi. Answered or researched every question without hesitation. By far the most pleasurable and fulfilling purchasing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend them for your next bike purchase. Oh by the way free coffee and snacks, and I got a free tank of gas and a shirt. They even had some of their own vintage bikes on display as well their current inventory, which is quite large. Thank you all

I never rate all 5's but I can't think of a reason to rate any of these categories lower. Purchased BMW boots and am 100% pleased with the quality and fit. Great sales staff. Recieved service, new tires, new chain/sprocket. The work was started when scheduled and finished within a few hours. I'm very pleased with the quality of the parts. Parts staff very helpful. The bike now runs like a dream. The service staff were all very helpful and didn't treat me like a "girl." In fact, I was invited to a Tech Night. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Adventure Motorsports of NWF.

I was and still am very pleased with my purchase of a 2013 r1200r. The sales staff and service technicians are among the best I've ever encountered. My bike has performed as advertised and I'm extremely grateful to have the staff here to fall back on in the event of an unexpected service problem. The facility is great and I especially like the room set aside to sit and relax in. It is very tastefully done. Its also nice to see the different brands of bikes representing europe and america. Courtney and his staff have done an amazing job bringing these bikes to pensacola for us enthusiasts to buy and enjoy. Again, thanks for being so friendly to my wife and I as we tend to come in frequently just to enjoy the atmosphere and the smell of new bikes.

Today I took my 2014 Indian Chieftain in to Adventure Motorsports for it's first service. Once again, very exceptional experience. Making the appointment, extremely easy, My bike went in on time and was finished in the time frame that I was told it would be. I believe the price for the service was good and I have absolutely no complaints. The guys back in service even checked the air cleaner cap for me to see if the word Indian was engraved onto it and wooo there it was, not to make the choice on removing the 111 tag or leaving it on.A motorcycle dealership is not kept going just on sales, it is the Service Department that will keep people coming back and talking up the dealership. My hat is off to the Guys in the Service Department of Adventure Motorsports. You know I'll be back. Keep up the Great Work Guys you are all an asset to the Dealership.Al

I purchased a 2014 Indian Chieftain from Adventure Motorsports. This being a new Indian Dealership I understand that there are growing pains that the company will go through and I am sure all will be smooth as time progresses. Most salespeople in the area that I have dealt with would probably tell you that I am a stickler for expecting the salesperson to know their products and be able to answer any question that I throw at them. Keeping in mind that this was a new dealership for Indian, I did throw a lot of questions. I have to tell you, my hat is off to Bill Tollis, the salesman on the Indian side of Adventure Motorsports. He was very professional and friendly, and if he did not know the answer to my question he did not pull the ole "tap dance" and try to get around it. He just said he did not know and would find out and get the answer to me. This is a sign of a person who has Integrity and if the front man has Integrity then to does all who work there. My overall experience with Adventure Motorsports was truly exceptional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a motorcycle or should need service for their motorcycle. I look forward to interacting with the entire staff of Adventure Motorsports in the future.
